Lastly, they would love the multiple dog parks in the area; there are at least three of them. We lives across the street from Google. All the giant Tech companies are here. There are parks with entertainment and fitness". There are several parks and lots of activities in the neighborhood. I believe there are more younger generations on the north side of Jefferson. There is a neighborhood shuttle. All the townhouses and apartment complexes sometimes make it feel a bit cramped. Housing is brand new but expensive.

Great amenities and you can park your car here on the weekend and not need it. Great place for parents with a small child. People are friendly, lovely small parks throughout the community.
