Head unit iso plug

Most headunits are supplied with a patch lead to plug into the ISO plugs. The ISO power plug will have 8 positions but only about 5 wires which include permanent live, switched live and earth. The ISO power plug is normally grey or black. The ISO speaker plug will have either 4 mk1 F or 8 wires in pairs. These pairs consist of a solid colour wire and a matching solid colour wire with a trace. The ISO speaker plug is normally brown.

I will try and take some photos of the mess we are dealing with. Am unsure as to the possibility of have rear speakers as am re-building the Roll Hoop mounting so they can be re-fitted. It would mean cutting the wiring out of the MY loom of course if they are to be got operational. The would they fit with the Hoops??? As I am not sure who made them this would a trail methinks. The result is this load of wiring was removed:- This is the wiring from the phone and the Pioneer system. Using some crimp on bullet connectors the ISO plugs from the VVC donor was joined into the wiring so now we had power and even speakers although the Passenger one was still not sounding properly being very weak.
