Windows validation product key

Hi hoping I can have someone help me out, about pulling whats left of my hair out trying to update to latest win10 format. Have also tried it with win iso 10 to no avail. The former with or without windows assistant no fault is listed. With iso indicates cannot validate product key and can only assume both connected.

Only option open to me is prob a clean install but would lose all my aps etc.. Can only assume there is a flaw in Microsoft unable to identify a genuine key or Packard Bell is issuing invalid keys which is extremely doubtful. During attempts all malware antivirus is off and only mouse connected to PC.
